The advance videos for “Wallstreet” and “Moments” suggested After The Smoke’s free psychedelic hip-hop mixtape Microwaves would be a dank, grimy, but ultimately colorful sonic cityscape. And indeed it is all of the above, recalling everything from DJ Shadow’s twilight trip-hop to OutKast’s funkier wonderland descents to the art-damaged mid-aughts hip-hop underground. The project dropped
